Neuroblastoma is a cancer which commonly occurs in the adrenal glands, which are small glands on the top-side of our kidneys, and happens when the growth of neuroblasts (immature nerve tissues) cells becomes abnormal and forms a tumour.
The most commonly affected are children of ages five or even younger.
The symptoms may show as a fever, fatigue and loss of appetite and the treatment may require surgery and chemotherapy medications.
