Here at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana, we believe that yoga is more than a physical practice. It's an opportunity to learn about yourself, your body, and the world around you. We want to help you do that by providing 300 hours of yoga training in Rishikesh, India with an experienced yoga guru.

Our yoga classes will be taught by certified teachers who have been trained under a rigorous program. You'll learn how to practice yoga correctly and safely, how to make the most of each class, and how to build up your practice over time so that it becomes second nature for you.
