Description and Features - Tropolite Variety Mix Vanilla Cake Premix for Egg Free Sponge & Muffin Tropolite Variety Mix-Vanilla can be used to prepare Eggless Cakes, Pastries, Puddings, Muffins etc. RECIPE -FOR SPONGE:Premix 1000 gWater 600 gOil 50 gPREPARATION METHOD: Place Water and Variety Mix-Vanilla in a mixing bowl and whisk at slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape the batter and whisk at high speed for 4 minutes. Reduce the mixing and pour the required quantity of Oil into the batter and whisk at slowspeed for 1 min. Scrape the batter into well-greased cake molds. Bake at 160-180 °C for 30 to 35 minutes.   RECIPE FOR MUFFIN:1st 2ndPremix 1000 g Water 500 g Oil 400 g or Butter - 350 gPREPARATION METHOD: Place Water, Variety Mix-Vanilla and Oil/Butter in a mixing bowl and mix at slow speed for1 minute with flat blade. Scrape the batter and mix at slow speed for 1 minute again. Scrape the batter into muffin cups. Bake at 190 °C for 25 to 30 minutes. Shelf Life - 9 months from the date of manufacturing, store at ambient temperature in original packaging and away from direct sun light.
